Dinobi is Switching to Fulfillment!

At Dinobi Detergent, we are always striving to provide the best possible experience for our customers. That's why we are excited to announce that we are making a change to improve our shipping speed. 

We are currently in the process of moving to 3rd party fulfillment for our orders. This means that your packages will be processed and shipped by a dedicated fulfillment center, allowing us to expedite the shipping process and get your products to you even faster.

How does this affect you: For those placing orders during this transition, please anticipate a shipping delay.  Orders placed within this timeframe may take between 5-7 business days to ship at this time. We understand that waiting for your order to arrive can be frustrating, and we are striving to minimize that wait time as much as possible. At this time, we strongly suggest that orders are placed within a time period that you are willing to wait during this temporary transition.  By partnering with a 3rd party fulfillment provider, we will be able to streamline our shipping operations and reduce the time it takes for your package to reach your doorstep. 

Your options: If waiting the duration of the time period mentioned above is not feasible for you, there are options! For those located in Chicagoland, our product is available in all 44 Mariano's stores. Just check the Local Rack!  For those not nearby a Mariano's or that are located outside of IL, please check out our Store Locator page. 

Our commitment to providing high-quality, plant-based laundry detergents remains unchanged. We will continue to offer our top-selling products, such as the Original Calming Lavender Laundry Detergent or Safely Unscented Laundry Detergent, which are gentle and effective cleaning solutions for all fabrics.

With ingredients like lavender essential oil and plant-based surfactants, our detergents are safe for babies, those with sensitive skin, and even pet clothing and bedding. Plus, our formulations effectively neutralize ammonia, eliminating the need for extra products.

We want to assure you that this change in fulfillment does not compromise the quality of our products or our commitment to customer satisfaction. We will still maintain the same high standards and attention to detail that you have come to expect from Dinobi Detergent.

As we transition to this new fulfillment process, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We know that change can sometimes be challenging, but we believe that this move will ultimately benefit our customers by reducing shipping times and improving overall satisfaction.
