COVID 19 UPDATES: PLEASE READ! 

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, please note there are global supply chain delays, and Dinobi is not exempt for any reason. We are in uncertain times and we are experiencing supply chain delays as well. We apologize in advance for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait. We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience. Although or normal shipping time is within 2-3 business days after an order is placed, again, PLEASE ANTICIPATE DELAYS. COVID is not going anywhere and we are doing everything we can to ship out as soon as possible and to continue giving our customers a high quality product. This takes time. With that, please anticipate a wait when you hit the subscribe/purchase button. We will send out updates as soon as possible to each and every customer. When will you ship my order (PRE COVID)?

Efficiency is one of Dinobi’s core values! As such, shipping days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If your order is placed on any other day during the week, your shipment will go out on the closest day after order date, within 2-3 business days. For instance, if you place an order on Saturday, your order will ship on Tuesday, within 2-3 business days after your order date. If you place an order on Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday, within 2-3 business days. Since our product is made with the highest quality, effective plant based ingredients, just know that good things take time if we are on backorder, especially around the holiday season. Any product that is in-stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

How will your ship my order?

We ship via UPS (Now TForce).

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. Express Shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

How will your ship my order if I’m outside the U.S.?

We ship outside the U.S. when purchases are made online via UPS or UPS. Please allow 6 – 12 business days for international parcels, barring any unforeseen customs delays out of our control. Shipping Confirmation

We will send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment have been received. We will then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order along with tracking information.
