Refund policy
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or for other concerns, please email us with details at customerservice@dinobidetergent.com within 5 days of receipt of your package. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
We take great pride in our product and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Our product is natural, plant based and of the highest quality which means longer lead times at times. Therefore returns for reasons of general dissatisfaction, manufacturing backlog or shipping delays out of our control will not be honored. If for any reason (other than the ones mentioned above) you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt and give us the opportunity to make it right at customerservice@dinobidetergent.com.
If you have an unopened product that you would like to return or exchange, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase at the address below. Once your unopened, untainted items have been received, we will either ship out a replacement product (less shipping) or issue a refund, less any applicable fees. Please consider that there will be no refund, return or exchange after 15 days from the date of purchase, or if the product is returned opened, appears tainted or used (regardless if within the 15 day limit due to public safety concerns). We pride ourselves in giving great customer service and working with our customers to make sure they are satisfied. Unfortunately, when it comes to replacing product we have to have strict policies to ensure that not only our customers are satisfied, but that Dinobi is still doing good business. As such, any orders with replacement and or refund requests which have had claims filed with the shipper will NOT be refunded or replaced. In these instances, customers receive replacement product, refunds from Dinobi as well as from the shipper, which is not good business. We want to STAY in business because we enjoy being a positive disruption in the marketplace, giving you excellent product that is safe for you!
